1 cup oat flour*
2/3 cup soy milk
1 mashed banana
Its as simple as that, 3 easy ingredients. Of course you can spice your pancakes up with adding maple syrup, cinnamon, blueberries or even chocolate. This base recipe is super easy and surprisingly filling, you don’t get that sugar crash after normal pancakes.
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until combined
2. Cook in a non-stick pan on medium
3. Top with your favourite toppings!
*Oat flour, just blend rolled oats until a flour consistency.
