Swamp Smoothie

Coming into summer in Australia is a beautiful time, full of delicious fruits and sun. Smoothies are my favourite breakfast during this season, I am always changing my smoothie recipe but this one has been my favourite yet. Its not pretty but it makes me feel amazing and full for about 6 hours!

Ingredients
1-2 bananas
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup frozen berries (raspberries or blueberries)
1 tsp macca powder
handful of ice
1-2 cups soy milk
1 tbsp protein powder (if you wish)

Toppings
Berries
Hemp seeds
Tahini granola (see recipe)
Chia seeds
Pepitas or sunflower seeds

Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend away
2. Top with your favourites
