Pea Pesto Pasta


Serves 2-3
Pea Pesto

1/2 cup frozen peas
1 cloves garlic
1 lemon juiced

1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup kale
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup water
Pasta of your choice

1 punnet cherry tomatoes
2 handfuls rocket
1/4 cup pine nuts

Nutritional yeast

1. Cook pasta as per instructions
2. Add peas, garlic, lemon, basil, kale, pine nuts and water into a blender, pulse until combined (if too watery add more peas, if too thick add water or lemon juice)
3. Drain and rinse pasta. Add pesto, cherry tomatoes, rocket and pine nuts into pasta and mix
4. Take a photo and upload it to instagram, tag kelseyseersnutrition and ENJOY!
