Tahini Granola

This granola is nasties free and the perfect topper to any breakfast. I even sprinkle this granola over my porridge to add some crunch. This granola could easily be grain free by adding more buckwheat kernels and not adding the rolled oats. I hope you enjoy!



3 cups rolled oats
1 cup nuts (I chose walnuts & almonds)
1 cup buckwheat kernels
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup pepitas
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup tahini
Optional: drizzle maple syrup

1. Preheat oven to 160C
2. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well
3. Add all wet ingredients and mix
4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour ingredients onto tray and place in oven besides coconut
5. Cook for about 40 minutes or until brown, mixing every 15 minutes
6. Add coconut and bake for 5 minutes, until brown
