I get the question ‘What should I be having for breakfast?’ All the time and the answer can vary depending on individuals taste preference and available time. I am always changing what I have for breakfast. Through summer I love a green smoothie and in winter I choose porridge. Lately I have had no time for breakfast but I don’t feel like a smoothie. My answer to this is cereal! Not just any cereal, my own cereal packed full of all my favourite toppers. I prep this every week to save time on those mornings where my stomach is grumbling but I have a million other things on my mind. If I am feeling adventurous I also top this cereal with my RAWnola recipe which is here on my website.
Why did I put these ingredients in my cereal? These are just my favourite though you can add almost anything your heart desires.
