1 frozen banana
2 slices pineapple
2 cups spinach
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1. Blend everything up and pour into a jar or bowl. Top with granola or just drink!
