I am a huge lover of falafels but and not a lover of the oily after taste. This recipe is my answer for this delema. These are gluten free and perfect for meal prepping.

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas
2.5 tbs chickpea flour
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup coriander
2 tbs tahini
1 tbs cumin
2 lemons juiced
1 tbs sesame seeds
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 160C
2. Drain and rinse chickpeas
3. Put all ingredients besides sesame seeds in a food processor and blend until a good consistency
4. Pour sesame seeds onto a plate
5. Make 5-6 balls and flatten them out
6. Place falafels onto the plate and cover them in sesame seeds
7. Bake in oven at 160C for about 40 minutes and flip half way
