Everyone loves raspberry jam though store bought ones are packed full of sugar to extend its shelf life.
This jam has no added sugar and is full of berries! Raspberries are full of antioxidants to boost your immune system, Vitamin C, Vitamin K (helps to build strong bones) and Manganese which helps protect the skin against UV light.
Ingredients
2.5 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbs honey/agave nectar
4 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs water
Directions
1. Blend all raspberries in blender
2. Add raspberries, chia seeds, water and sweetener into a jar
Jam will last for 3-5 days in fridge
