If you know me, you know I love banana! I add banana to just about everything I can, including granola! Banana is such a versitle, delicous food, In this granola I have used banana for its sweetness and its amazing binding capabilities.
This granola is super easy and cheap to make, when you are in the grocery store next looking at which granola is best for you, buy a packet of rolled oats, some nuts and your favourite dried fruit and make my granola instead! Store bought granola is packed full of sugar, sodium and preservatives leaving you hungry and feeling guilty.
