This slice is your perfect solution, made from 100% natural, healthy ingredients to give you that instant energy that will last, instead of an artificial snack full of industrialised sugar that will cause your blood sugar levels to surge and fall causing you to go crawling back to that snack 10 minutes later.
You can add any ingredients you like though this is my favourite recipe!
Ingredients:
2 cups almonds
1 cup pepitas/sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 cup soaked dates
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 cup dried figs
Directions:
1. Blend almonds in food processor
2. Add seeds and blend
3. Add soaked dates, cranberries and cacao powder
4. Mix in food processor – you may need to pour mixture into a bowl and mix it by hand
5. Cut dried figs into smaller pieces
6. Mix dried figs in
7. Press mixture into a tray and place in the freezer
